A&P Banner Stores in Manhattan and the Bronx: Full Time Members Finally Get Their
April Increases When Local 342 Serves Strike Notice To A&P Corporate - Local 342 Full Time
members who work under the Pathmark and Food Emporium contracts covering Manhattan and the Bronx had been told
by A&P management for six months that their April increases would be in their pay each week. And then of course it
never was, which is no surprise to any of our members working at Waldbaum’s, Food Emporium, and Pathmark these

UPDATE-UPDATE-UPDATE: Members Finally Get Their April Increases - Local 342 is happy to
report that the Union received the members' back pay checks yesterday afternoon by the deadline, so the members will
be getting them from their Union Representative this week by hand delivery. Local 342 is glad the members will not need
to take a work stoppage to get a contract increase that was clearly owed to them. However, the Union is proud that the
members were willing to do what was necessary to stick up for their rights! ...(Read More)
