Overall the new contract has many improvements. Members should be proud of their participation during negotiations; it
benefits you and your fellow members. Having a solid contract with strong language not only benefits you financially, but it also
protects the members. The contract gives the members job security, which in return brings stability to the member’s lives and
the lives of the people that depend on them.

Local 342 wishes to congratulate all of the members working at Wild By Nature. The New Contract was approved! Voting took
place on Tuesday, July 29th, 2008 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Local 342 area offices in Patchogue and Mineola. We know
that everybody worked very hard to make sure that we had a contract that we could be proud of. We thank all of the Wild By
Nature members who showed up throughout the day to cast their vote and take part in the process.
